Hello I am Isabella, a Psychotherapist and Founder of Creative Soul Journeys®, offering Creative Soul Therapy®, Workshops and Retreats.
I have been on a self healing journey for over 20 years and have developed this unique body-soul method to support others to connect to their inner self and feel, heal and transform their life.
Journey of Life and Nature
The Creative Soul Journey is based on the understanding that during our lifetime we experience cycles of life/death and rebirth, just like nature. We are being called more and more today to wake up to our inner self, heal ourselves and become more aware of our soul’s purpose.
This is often promoted by a crisis in our life or dis-ease in our body or struggles in our mental health. The stressors of modern life can disconnect us from ourselves. We are prompted to go on a journey of healing and discovery.
The ancient cultures had myths to guide individuals and society, but we have lost that wisdom.
However, when we reconnect to the feminine understanding of cycles, we can honour ourselves, others and the earth.

Cancellation Policy
Workshops Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 7 days or less before the workshop: 50% refund or transfer to another workshop. CPD certificates will be given upon completion of the day.
Therapy Sessions Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the session. We may be able to schedule an alternative session the same week, but this cannot be guaranteed.
