These retreats offer a unique, integrative body-soul approach to self-development and transformation, using myths as catalysts for change and self-discovery. Myths and stories ignite our soul’s memory of what it means to be human.
They provide an embodied experience where the physical, imaginal, and artistic aspects are encouraged and deepened with movement (Vital Development®) and the use of creative arts methods.
Through engaging our left and right brain hemispheres, we create movement in our psyche for new awareness and for holistic, integrated change.
They are perfect for those who want to enjoy a meaningful experience with other like-minded people, all drawn to personal development in a loving, safe, and fun environment.
These are suitable for the general public for personal development and self-transformation, or for therapists who wish to extend their learning to work with clients or experience rejuvenating continual professional development.
I offer one weekend retreat in England and one annual retreat in Italy.

Cancellation Policy
Workshops Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 7 days or less before the workshop: 50% refund or transfer to another workshop. CPD certificates will be given upon completion of the day.
Therapy Sessions Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the session. We may be able to schedule an alternative session the same week, but this cannot be guaranteed.
