Creative Soul Journeys Workshops

“Without darkness nothing comes to birth as without light
nothing flowers”

Integrative body-soul approach

I have developed an Integrative Body-Soul approach for self development, using myths as a catalyst for change, supported with expressive art and movement.
My workshops offer a unique method for transformation by actively engaging the imagination, the body and creative forces, through working with stories, myths and archetypes. Through engaging our left and right brain hemispheres we create movement in our psyche for new awareness and for holistic, integrated change.
They offer a supportive, enriching and creative experience.

I incorporate ideas of Joseph Campbell, Carl Jung, Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Marion Woodman, Tamalpa Method, Steiner, Vital Development® practice and other writers on myths and Psychotherapy.

Vital Art Sessions

The session is a supportive and therapeutic space for a nurturing and relaxing art session. One technique I use is called wet-on-wet, which is water colour paint applied to damp paper for specific colour exercises.
